About BPN Shorts
BPN Shorts is a personal tool run by its developer, GitHub user GreasterBunny, on their own computer. It creates short videos from live streams and uploads them to YouTube channels its owner connects. It isn't offered as a service to the public.
Using it
- Only connect YouTube channels you own or are authorized to manage.
- You're responsible for everything uploaded with BPN Shorts, including having the rights or permission to use the content in each video.
- You must follow the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By using BPN Shorts to upload to YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
No warranty
BPN Shorts is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may contain errors, and it may stop working when YouTube or other services change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for any damages arising from use of BPN Shorts. That includes lost revenue, copyright claims, channel strikes, and account suspensions.
Stopping
You can stop using BPN Shorts at any time and revoke its access in your Google Account permissions. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
